Spoiler: College Basketball is a topic I'm unfamiliar with. Mayhaps LSU Women's Coach Kim Mulkey is a giant jerkface. Albeit, a giant jerkface who knows how to win because her LSU Tigers are the defending NCAA champions. But what I lack in hoops knowledge I make up for in knowing how journalismers are failures as people and suck at life. I'm all-in on Mulkey going beast mode on a Washington Post journalismer who, apparently, is planning to drop a hit piece.

Mulkey preemptively went on the attack and called out the sh*tty excuse for journalisming. Apparently, WaPo has been working on a story for two years. They called LSU with a list of questions two days before the team was leaving the NCAA Tournament that needed to be answered on the day they got on the bus.

Here's Coach with more.

They're trying to sell newspapers and feed the click machine. This is exactly why people don't trust journalists and the media anymore. It's these kinds of sleazy tactics and hatchet jobs that people are just tired of.

It's what you would expect from a company that employs Taylor Lorenz. These bars expose the entire journalisming industry:

Former players have told me that the Washington Post has contacted them, and offered to let them be anonymous in a story if they'll say negative things about me.
The Washington Post has called former disgruntled players, to get negative quotes to include in their story. They're ignoring the 40-plus years of positive stories that they have heard from people about me.

This is what WaPo does. Though, I guess, at least they gave LSU two days of a heads up. In 2022, they emailed Breaking Points host Saagar Enteji at 2 AM and gave him seven hours to respond. The topic? Elon Musk responded to an Enteji tweet about former Twitter executive Vijaya Gadde. WaPo wanted to know if Enteji felt bad that people on Twitter were allegedly being mean to Gadde because of Elon's response.

This is the same WaPo that Vivek Ramaswamy called out to a journalismer's face that she was going to take a quote featuring the words "white" and "supremacy" out of context. Which, she did.

WaPo has a special place in their heart for attacking popular sports figures. They wrote a hit piece about Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones because, sixty-five years ago, he stood in the crowd as a group of African-American students entered a school and some other white people protested.

They also targeted Barstool Sports owner Dave Portnoy, calling small businesses that were part of his Pizzafest and asking them if they had heard bad things about El Pres. Portnoy called the reporter himself and embarrassed her, but the hit piece ran anyway.

We'll see if WaPo, where Democracy Derps in the Derpness, runs this hit piece. If nothing else, a new apolitical audience is being exposed to how horrible our media is. Then when another poll comes out that lists journalism as the least trusted institution in America, WaPo journalismers can all cry and not understand why.
